Wordless Wednesday with Linky - Twins

If you have been following my blog, a while back I wrote about how I need super powers because I was babysitting my friend's 8 month old baby. Trey was just 9 months old so basically it seemed like having twins. It turned out very very hard. What was I thinking!? I had even agreed on babysitting Xander for 7 weeks! Trey is so possessive and didn't want me holding Xander. Trey is loud when he plays, especially when he is in his house (his territory) and Xander is scared of loud sounds. They cried at the same time and tried to outdo each other by crying louder than the other. We didn't survive. I ended up only doing it for 7 days. I can't even imagine how families who have twins or multiples even made it through. Maybe it would have been easier if both babies were my own?

Shoe Style Saturday

Every Saturday, Living Outside the Stacks hosts a fun meme for shoe lovers. Since I am a shoe addict I was so thrilled to join. It is always fun to see other kinds of shoes. But since I am so busy working on my part time job on weekends I did not get the chance to join until today I finally had the time to write my post in advance.
This is one of my favorite pair of shoes. I bought them online at MakeMeChic.com.

Ok I admit they are not the most comfortable shoes. They are best worn if you don't have to walk or stand for long. I only wore it twice. On my friends bachelorette party.

And on my 4th wedding anniversary. I have to ask my husband to take off his shoes so I will look as tall as him on this picture.

Of course my little one wanted to show his shoes too.

These shoes are all given by my sister and mom and in-laws. I guess I have a mini me shoe addict except he just likes shoes for biting.

Wordless Wednesday with Linky -Meet our pug Mango

Today I am late putting up my photos. Good thing I have my kids and my computer not cooperating as an excuse.
I want to introduce you to our family's best friend. Meet our pug Mango.
He wasn't sure at first the first time he came home and joined our family. He was so timid and so tiny. Look how tiny he was,3 years ago.

Before we knew it, he grew up into a handsome teenager.


And found his first girlfriend.

What did you do for Mother's day?

I did nothing for the most part of the day(which is what I wanted to do). I slept till 3 in the afternoon. I had a crappy night at work the night before, I was so tired when I got home. Then they took me shopping,(which is my favorite thing to do). I hope everyone had a beautiful Mother's day yesterday. And I want to share a photo of me and my amazing Mom. She came to visit us last winter. I miss her so much!

Being a mom is not for wimps. Thank you Mom for being patient with me. I love you!
