It was a surreal Wednesday night, June 9th, 2010 when I first saw his beautiful face. The first thing I noticed was his eyes, the color of blue green marbles. He looked like a tiny package with some black hair. He felt so soft and fragile and warm. He smelled so nice.
And then he looked at me and stole my heart.

39 weeks pregnant and packing up my hospital bag

Two days before I had my baby I made this video about my 39th week update and what was inside my hospital bag.
We used almost all of what I packed but I wished I packed a different going home outfit for me.
I was thinking that after I had the baby, my body will just magically become smaller. Not in my case though, I was pretty swollen that my gym pants did not fit me. So I have to cut the sides so I have something to wear going home. I made the cut too big that when I walked it fell. Good thing I rode the wheelchair from the hospital room to the elevator and down to where the car was so nobody noticed my predicament.

The baby's room and 35 weeks pregnant

On the month of May last year we finally had the baby's room done. It used to be my eldest son's room and he moved to our room and we moved upstairs in the guest room. My husband painted the walls an interesting shade of green and we put some car decals that I bought from Target. My sister gave us a brand new fancy crib. It is the Baby Mod - Cadence 4-in-1 Convertible Crib in espresso finish that she got at Walmart.com. It looked so pretty with the set of baby beddings I bought from Walmart. I also found a cute animal print diaper bag for only $7.99 at Me N Mommy To be.

Baby's heartbeat at 29 weeks

Last year on the month of March my baby turned 29 weeks old inside my belly. We went to the doctor to have him check me and the baby and to see how everything is going. Come along with us in this video showing our day at the doctor's office. :)

After a long break

Wow it's been almost a year since I made a post. I've slacked big time and there's no excuse. It's time for me to pick up where I left off.

My son is already 8 months old now. He is so adorable and precious.
I will be posting videos from when I was still pregnant until the present time.
