Last Friday was the last day of school for my 10 year old. It was bittersweet for him because he found out that his 2 best friends will not be in the same class with him next school year. But it was a happy day too because he received an award for making the honor roll. I am so proud of him!

Congrats to your son! :)
Super grats to you guy! Way to go. : )
That's great! Never understood how schools and teachers could separate good friends - Why really? It does not make sense.
Anyway now it's holiday time! Hope he will enjoy.
Awesome job!
Good for him!!! Stopping over from Java's and this pic made me smile !!!
Way to go Nathan! Now have a fantastic summer.
That is something to be proud about!
I remember my 7th grade end of school year as the same kind of bittersweet time. Both of my best friends moved away that summer. I totally feel his pain! Hi! I'm your newest follower from the blog hop! I would love for you to visit my blog and follow back if/when you have a chance. And if you have Twitter, I'd love to be friends there as well. xoxo! www.shelbylately.com & @shelbylatelycom

That's awesome. My kids aren't in grades that they give letter grades for yet at our school but they did really well this year and I know how great that feels as a mom!!
Good news and bad news all together. It definitely stinks when kids have to get pulled apart.
Congrats to him on the honor roll.
